BBI2023 Announced
The Brainbox Initiative Conference is returning to London for its 7th annual event, taking place on September 21-23, 2023 at the prestigious Wellcome Collection. This world-renowned venue explores science, medicine, life, and art, making it the perfect setting for two days filled with some of the best non-invasive brain stimulation and imaging research from around the world. This year, researchers will also have the option to join the conference virtually, providing extra flexibility for travel considerations.
The conference, which began in 2017, is dedicated to highlighting and promoting the groundbreaking work of early and mid-career neuroscientists at the forefront of non-invasive brain stimulation research. Attendees can expect to hear from early-career speakers who will share their research and insights alongside world-renowned keynote speakers whose distinguished careers have helped shape the field. The conference also provides a supportive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for attendees to develop new connections and explore exciting new avenues for research projects.
In addition to the talks, the conference program includes interactive demonstrations and exhibitions of non-invasive brain stimulation techniques, allowing attendees to see the latest technologies up close and gain expert technical insights into the development of exciting new systems.
The call for entries for the Brainbox Initiative's range of awards is now open for 2023, with all submissions due by June 1, 2023. The awards include the Research Challenge 2023, Young Investigator Award 2023, and John Rothwell Award 2023.
